Will I receive a Tax Invoice?
All purchases (Australian and Overseas stock) come with a Tax Invoice which includes 10% Goods and Service Tax (GST). GST is payable for all sales made within Australia. For goods shipped outside Australia, GST is not applicable and will automatically be reduced in the Checkout process.
What’s the difference between Australian and Overseas Stock?
Is most cases there is no difference between Australian and Overseas stock, except that the Chargers come with US / UK / Asia pins, for which we provide a Australian adapter. At times, the box contents between Australian and Overseas versions may differ.
How soon will my order be dispatched?
Most of our orders are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse within 1 to 2 business days. We endeavour to communicate to you, within a few hours of receiving your order, the expected ‘Dispatch Date’. You can track the status of your order online at any time. We will also provide you with Tracking details once the order has been sent out.

How does Warranty work?
For products with ‘Australian Warranty’, please send or take to your local authorized repairer. Australian Warranty relates to ‘A-tick’ mobile phones and can be repaired at any authorized repairer for that specific brand. For example, if you purchase a Nokia mobile phone with ‘Australian Warranty’ listed in the item descrption, you can return it to any authorized Nokia repairer. Please take a copy of your receipt and any other relevant documents.
For products covered with 'International Warranty', as stated in the item descrption, please send or take to your local service centre for repair/replacement . Please take a copy of your invoice along with this.
For products not covered with 'International Warranty', please drop off / send the item to us using a reliable shipping company that offers tracking (at your own expense) for repair. Please note that the buyer is solely liable for any shipment lost-in-transit if the appropriate shipment method is not used. Please allow up to 7 - 14 Business days for the product to be repaired or replaced*. The warranty covers products that are purchased directly from Personal Digital and for defects that meet the Manufacturer's warranty guidelines. Please do not send us anything until we ask you to do so. We will forward the item to the Manufacturer's repair centre at no cost to you and will notify you once the item has been repaired and received back. *This is an average timeframe only. Some repairs may take longer depending on circumstance.
