If your item is in stock, we usually ship same day (for orders before 11am AEST) or then the next business day.

If your item/s is not in stock, we shall contact you (usually within 24-48 hours) with a expected shipping date. If the revised delivery timeframes are not acceptable to you, we are happy to provide you with a full refund.

We use DHL / Australia Post (within Aus) and Fedex (for International) shipments.
The shipping costs for Australian orders start at AUD 4.50 and will be calculated as you add items to the shopping cart.

We do not calculate insurance costs on orders, please enquire if you wish to have an order insured. . The buyer is liable for any loss / damage of goods during shipping. 
 
We do not ship to Africa.
